HP Compaq nx6125 Business Notebook PC
The HP Compaq nx6125 Business Notebook PC comes with plenty of efficient features which result in very good overall performance.
Weighing 6.1 pounds, it is not exceptionally heavy making it reasonably portable. Other impressive features include the 15-inch widescreen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 and the AMD Turion mobile technology.
Looking at the design, you will find it much refreshing. ABS plastic and carbon fiber combine to make nx6125 a highly sturdy device. Further, there are nicely laminated palm rests with a scratch-resistant layer. Unfortunately, it only comes with the touchpad mechanism.
Utilizing the AMD Turion processor is one of the major reasons for nx6125’s high quality performance.
This business notebook encloses three USB ports. Moreover, you can use the multimedia connections provided like the FireWire port and a 6-in-1 card reader. The hard drive is 60GB. Staying with the features, there is a fingerprint reader which joins hands with HP’s Protect Tools software bundle that comes pre-installed with the notebook. Having said that, there is no Trusted Platform Module (TPM), needed for advanced security purposes. The nx6125 does make use of HP's common docking solution for all of HP’s business line notebooks.
There is the integrated graphics solution (the ATI Mobility Radeon Express 200M) which occupies 128MB of system memory due to the fact that it does not have a dedicated memory. Over usage of the graphic memory is likely to make the laptop speed a bit sluggish, more so when make use of programs like Photoshop and so on.
The battery used gave more than satisfactory results running for close to 3 and a half hours.

HP Compaq nx6125 Business Notebook PC is ideal for small set-ups. At $1,249, it is a bargain as it delivers good performance and is sturdy. It also mobile at only 6 pounds.
It comes with a HDD of 60GB and a DVD burner. Apart from the Bluetooth, it also has a fingerprint detector. Do not use it for high-power graphic applications as it slows down.
