Improving flexibility - yes; improving fitness - no!
I feel this product is probably designed for people tending to put on weight, especially anyone under 35. Older people should remember their spines have gone thru great wear and tear and shouldn't take any risk of dislocating a vertebral bone. The ball is good for improving hamstring flxibility.

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!
I've been hurting all over since I started using this flexibility kit last week. The ball virtually broke my back and gave me a hamstring pull. Would the company consider that as 'product benefits'? Could they not have provided a better exercise manual or guidebook alongwith it? I would also like to know if the age factor limits the gain from this kit.
