Trimline E320HR Elliptical Trainer
The Trimline E320 Elliptical Trainer is a high-quality exercising device mainly for home use but it can be tried out for light commercial purposes as well.
Among the important features of E320 are the two Heart Rate Controlled programs which see to it that the training methods used by you are both safe and effective.
Its versatility can be gauged from its twin action mechanism which gives you a complete body workout exercising both the upper and lower body.

Furthermore, the Precision Path™ Foot Motion Technology absorbs the maximum impact of your foot and in the process reduces the strain on your ankles, knees and back to give you a great exercising session.
There is also an option to create your own workout procedure which will suit your fitness needs.
The one touch "Quick Start" system facilitates speedy, almost instantaneous performance.
There are seven program options for exercising which can be selected via the 7x10 dot matrix display. They are manual, interval, hill, plateau, summit etc.
This easily visible Trimline display also exhibits your workout progress like heart rate, speed, rpm, distance and calories burned.
Coming to the warranty features, you get 3 year warranty on the parts and 1 year on labour provided you use it for not more than 5 hours a day.
Power is self generated
Maximum body weight of E320HR is 136kg while dimensions of this top-grade trainer are 170 cm x 69 cm x 168 cm (L x W x H) and it weighs just over a 100 kg.

Trimline E320HR Elliptical Trainer
The trimline E320HR is a great machine. It allows for comfortable yet challenging leg, hip and arm action. Question: Can it be disassembled to move downstairs? I currently have it in my living room because I cannot get it downstairs.

It's easy on the ankles and burns fat from thigh backs
I think the Trimline E320HR is the most sensibly designed fitness equipment from al others including Trimline's own other models. There are many things I like here: No jerks - either on the ankles or knees, and the thigh backs are the first ones to lose all that blubber. Isn't that enough for you, you tub of lard? Sue me if I'm wrong.
