Trimline T370HRC Foldable Treadmill
Trimline T370HRC is chiefly targeted at fitness freaks who want a gym-like atmosphere at home. With this objective in mind, T370HRC is equipped with a number of accommodating features.
A running belt of 51 x 145 cm / 20 x 57 inches encompasses the Softtrak technology which makes working out rather comfy by putting minimal strain on the back, joints and muscles.
The Heart Rate Control function facilitates you to predetermine the workout rate. Once this is done, the treadmill automatically adjusts itself to give you a harmless yet efficient workout session. A wireless chest strap function included keeps a tab on your heart rate and plays a big part in ensuring a safe and healthy workout.
Powered by a 3 hp heavy duty motor, Speed of T370 is in the range of 0 - 17.7 km/h, 0 - 11 mph while the peak elevation goes up to 12%.
The console display is very easy to use and view. T370’s colour dot matrix screen shows details of the workout program you have selected. This very screen also exhibits your workout progress at the end of the session displaying information like Speed, time, distance, calories burned, elevation, heart rate, quick keys etc.
Coming to the varied training profiles, you will be able locate 7 pre-fixed, 3 custom and 2 heart rate control programs.
Also handy is a Fitness Test which will analyse your improvement as you try out the different exercise programs.
The exercise programs are manual training and heart rate controlled.
There are speed keys for walking, jogging, running and also for different elevations like hill, mountain and peak elevation.
Power supply is done via the mains.
With purchase of this product, you get 30 years warranty on the motor, 3 years for the parts, 2 years warranty on labour.
Having dimensions of 193 cm x 86 cm x 127 cm, this treadmill for home use can hold a maximum user weight of 159 kg.

Perfect if you live in small apartments; improves cardiac fitness
Glad I brought the T370HRC treadmill along when I relocated here. Although Hongkong has some of the best gyms and expert trainers I could not join a gym because my work has no fixed hours. Plus, my house is a small 1BK apt. You know how expensive acommodation can be in HK. So having a small space - the foldable feature is a welcome feature alright. And the machine, overall, is not bad at all. I have made good progress after last year's warning by my doc. He recommended brisk walking with faster pace every fortnight. I am now at my peak in cardiac fitness.
