Highly recommended for those over 40, especially ex-athletes
I am most satisfied with this kit - the B104 HRC Cycle, it's just right for me. Been using it for the past many months. As an ex-policeman, I'd say it beats jogging and even bicycling. Because the pre-fixed programs prevent me from over-exertion. If u r buying this machine, do invite your family doctor home to guide you on the most suitable programs and how you can gradualy advance. Forget about jogging and save your knees all the wear and tear.
