Fujifilm S5600
Global leader in photography, Fujifilm has arrived with the S5600, announcing an advancement to its previous models. Apt to be called a fortune with features, this powerful 5.1 megapixel camera has a 10x optical zoom along with a powerful Anti-Blur mode, all fixed in a visibly sturdy body.
The S5600’s anti-blur mode is sure to impress you with its efficiency and quality, since it proves to be even better than the image stabilisation technique. But what makes this camera truly special is the very effective 5th Generation five-megapixel Super CCD HR sensor that it houses, together with its novel Real Photo Technology.
Set to click photographs impeccably, almost regardless of the available lighting conditions, Fuji’s S5600 is a true stunner with its Real Photo Technology that creates supreme quality pictures all the way. Moreover, this model helps you attain new heights in photography with its exemplary performance in delivering sharp and vivid snaps in the dullest of lights. Then the Anti-Blur Mode is there to optimally use the camera’s ISO capabilities, and alleviate any sort of haziness or distortions that could result due to movement, by either the user or the subject.
Apart from that, the S5600 has a fixed 10x optical zoom that offers settings ranging from wide to telephoto. The fixed lens frame makes one avail an express start-up time of 1.1 seconds besides protecting the lens from dust or grime. Reducing the shutter lag to 0.01 seconds, this FinePix zoom snaps big pictures that are ideally clear and detailed.
What’s more, the Fuji S5600 serves as a camcorder as well and can capture top-quality VGA videos at the rate of 30fps along with monaural sound. You will only get amazed further by the quality it offers when you play them back on your television.

Not great
I was expecting quite good results from the S5600 but unfortunately for me, despite some very nice features, the picture wasn’t quite up to the mark. I am in no way trying to say that the pictures taken out are bad in any way but when you have a 5 megapixel and 10x optical, you certainly should not get blurred pictures. And this in spite of the anti-blur mode present. Camera performance too is not exceptionally quick. Video mode too is disappointing. It’s a reasonable camera but not a gr8 one I was looking for.
