Samsung U CA- 505
Created strategically to occupy a compact physical space, the Samsung Digimax U-CA 505 is almost a twin of the U CA 501, and has effective 5-mega pixels that dish out such exceptional images that this camera can be considered as a shooter for the top-notch photographer.
Measuring small at 97 x 52 x 25mm, the U-CA 505 has a not-so-small internal flash memory of 16MB for storing your images. Of course, you can store snaps in a SD/MMC card as well. Besides, the camera is capable of relocating pictures images swiftly and rather effortlessly to a PC through the integral USB interface. In fact, this can be done directly through a printer also since the 505 is Pictbridge compatible.
The front of the camera sports a ‘Self Photo Mirror’ as well, which enables photographers to click snaps of their own. Isn’t that very nice of Samsung! The camera’s large 2-inch color TFT LCD is also a stunner, as it stays quite vivid in all light conditions. Furthermore, CA 505 features eight white balance modes, which enhance pictures in all light conditions, maintaining good colour and light.
The only difference in the U CA-505 and the U-CA 501 is the casing, as the former has a silver casing and the latter a white casing.

Value for money
A no-frills product, it is compact. A latest five megapixel entry level compact is a budget camera. Comes with a a cute screen (2-inch LCD). Do not expect too much on the optics side, as it is has the fixed 35mm lens with a modest digital zoom. However, it has capability to record unlimited movies with built-in audio recording.

This one's okay
Not a bad investment!! It packs in awesome features. But do remember to a 45.00 memory card. Also stack yourself with enough batteries 11.00 batteries. All in all not a bad bargain.
