Nikon D2Hs
Persistent efforts towards attaining excellence and perfection do bear fruits someday, and Nikon has proved it. It deserves applause for its concerted attempts to create a wind fast, accurate and advanced SLR digital camera, what with its new digital offering, the D2Hs.
Designed to shoot impeccably at 8 fps, non-stop to about 50 images at 4.1 effective megapixels, the D2Hs seems to have inherited quite intelligently exemplary speed, excellent image quality and overall good performance from its able seniors, together with incorporating certain praise worthy advancements.
Built ruggedly, this shooter produces stunning photographs in spite of its low pixel count and is apt for professional photographers. Furthermore, the D2Hs camera provides backing for the sYCC colour space, implying that a myriad colour profile can be employed to print JPEG information, as compared to the regular sRGB colour profile. Besides, the D2Hs has retained Nikon’s exclusive JFET (Junction Field Effect Transistor) along with the LBCAST sensor, i.e. Lateral Buried Charge Accumulator and Sensing Transistor array that are somewhat like the CMOS technology, albeit much more faster.
Another feature worth noting in the D2Hs is its set of image-processing expertise and 3D-Colour Matrix Metering II, which enable one to create detailed photographs with crisp colours and an even hue consistency.
Nikon’s D2Hs camera supports its Advanced Wireless Lighting system and goes well with the new IEEE802.11b/g Wireless Transmitter WT-2/2A, enabling better security and remote wireless control of the camera with a computer. Backing for WT-1/1A meant for the D2H is also available here.
However, it undoubtedly does seem a bit too overpriced for its pixel amount, and is certainly not meant for amateurs. It lacks an integral flash and is not suitable for people looking for large files.

Highly sophisticated feature set meant for the experienced photographers
This camera is owned by my best friend and I have constantly had the pleasure of using it. Must say, I really love it. The camera is super fast in performance and produces great pictures. Oops forgot 2 tell u, it looks quite good too. This camera is in fact just slightly than what you feel a 4-megapxiel camera is. It has a number of advanced functions that play a big part in making it the camera it is. The 3D-Colour Matrix Metering is among the ones I like the most. I did not find any major fault in the camera but one think I wud like 2 tell is that the features are a bit too advanced and sorry to say but the amateur photographers better stay away from.
