Customer service my foot
After seeing the low balance transfer rate of this AMEX card, I was more than happy to try it out. The offer said 2.9 % for half a year and 9.9 after that. They also had some good refund features. So I thought this would be a good option. But I can only say to myself now that I was a big idiot. I had to pay extra for some stupid reason even when I had cleared my debts on time. And this happened not once but twice. When I tried to speak 2 one of their ‘so called’ customer service guy, he had no idea what I was talking about. It’s really been a horrible experience a hell of a lot of money wasted.
