Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir
Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir centres around brothers Edwards and Alphonse Elric who journey round the globe searching for the magical Philosopher’s stone. On their way, they come across peculiar crimson stones, alchemist amplifiers of huge power and other mystifying life forms.
Both Ed and Al are alchemists and hence capable of transforming things into whatever they desire but only if the required essentials are available These items are scattered all round the surroundings and can be identified with the help of the flashing circle evident around it.
You posses control of the elder brother Ed whose metal arm and leg have earned him the name "Fullmetal Alchemist". Ed is capable of fighting without arms using his fists, feet and metal arm apart from using his transmuting power to gain weapons.
Younger brother Al isn't directly controlled by you. Instead, he’s guided by his own artificial intelligence and some very basic controls.
As you keep progressing through each level, you increase your transmuting powers which is essential as the opposition you keeps getting tougher in each passing phase.
Coming to the visual aspect, the game takes you through dark mines, streams, tanks and ghostly villages.
This ‘magical’ game takes around 10 hours to finish.

Super graphics. Great game
I love this game. I think every schoolboy must have it. Cartoon TV is so boring.

Great adventure but too short
Fullmetal Alchemist 2 is a quality game revolving around two brothers and their magical endeavours. The best part of the game is the visual aspect which is superb. The characters in the game look sparkling but even more impressive is the locales like the mine shafts, haunted villages etc. To round things up, the music is good with some innovative special effects. 10 hours is too short a time for such a good game though.
