Citibank Platinum credit card with price match guarantee
Citibank platinum credit card is offered by Citibank, one of the largest banks in the world. The bank doesn’t claim to be the famous issuers of credit cards, yet the features provided with Citibank platinum credit card is giving tough competition in UK credit card market.
It offers 0% balance transfer rate for an introductory period of 6 months and the standard rate compared to others is just 13.9% APR. You can protect your purchases with purchase protection feature where eligible purchases made with the card against accidental damage or theft is taken care within a limited period of time.
Under the price match guarantee scheme, Citibank takes up the responsibility to refund the difference money within 14 days incase a product you purchased was cheaper else where.
They also provide online account management and assurance against internet fraud
The standard rate compared to market trend is very low and other supplementary features make it a great proposition to opt for it.

Price match guarantee only saving grace of this card
The zero percent balance transfer rate is common to all credit cards in the UK. But I hoped to get some other features that were absent. I like the price match guarantee feature, which I'm not sure if other cards have. Please email me if there is a better choice.

Just avoid it
Purchasing the Citibank Platinun credit card is undoubtedly one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I applied for it online some months back after checking out the introductory features on their site which guaranteed 1% cashback on all purchases. But when I was delivered this brand new card I was shocked to see no word about the facility. I tried to contact them both through e- mail and telephone but their customer support service was of no use. In the end, I did not get the 1% cashback- one of the primary reasons why I applied for the card. I was a horrible experience dealing with the company.
