Gameloft Backgammon for mobile phones
Gameloft Backgammon, an old board game played with counters and dices, now can be played on V551. Very simple compared to other games in the market, it can be played by all age groups.
The game is all about moving your men or checkers back to your home square crisscrossing paths as you start towards your home square, and once all the dices are safely reached to the home square the player moves them off the board strategically so the checkers move to the home square as fast as it could be possible.
Modernized Gameloft Backgammon still has the traditional touch and it could be played either one match at a time, a tournament or by two players but in all these the game remains identical. It is easily noticeable that the computer takes a bit too long time to make its move which often leads to boredom and doesn’t add anything to the suspense of the game.
Apart from this, the game still remains a very entertaining one and if you are fun loving and like to play simple strategical games; Gameloft Backgammon is the right choice.

Not a bad mobile game
Gameloft Backgammon on mobile is a reasonably decent fare. The game offers different modes which like playing one match at a time or tournament mode which adds to the variety. The background music disappoints no end. The game interface is very simple but computer moves are lethargic leading to extreme boredom at times. At the end of the day, it is a very good mobile game which most of you will definitely enjoy trying a hand at. In fact if the above mentioned negatives are eliminated, it can be rated as a great mobile game.
