Time for revenge with Sid Meier’s Pirates
In Sid Meier’s Pirates, you assume the role of a pirate who seeks revenge against evil Spanish men who victimized your family. The game’s prologue explains how your rich, wealthy merchant family members were put behind bars and how you managed to flee as a teenager. Now, after you’ve grown up, it’s time to save the family, teach the evil men a lesson amass a lot of wealth along the way.
The first thing you do is choose a name for yourself and also a specialty like sword fighting or navigation. Also select a nation that will support you as well as the era you want to be in. Once this is done, you start your voyage in a small ship but in massive sea that’s full of commercial activities.
Sid Meier’s Pirates lets you sail the Spanish Main, attack enemy ships, enjoy a dose of sword fighting, and dance with many beauties enroute your sojourn. As time passes on you keep ageing and so must try and collect as much fame and riches as possible before your retirement. At this point, you the pirate will enter the hall of fame and you can start afresh.
The first version of Sid Meier’s Pirates was out in 1987 and was one of the first big multiplatform games to emerge.

If there is any 2G game that keeps you engrossed then it has to be this one. You'll soon forget championship football and baseball. I agree with poor Sammy 'dat los is job'. Chill buddy, go raid the Spaniards and get into the 'Hall of Fame'. You'll always find a better job.

Yo! Anybody that don't like 'Pirates' mus walk da plank
Da game is brillint. Author Sid Meier iz a tru pirate soul. If yu has played Civilizashin, youse knose what i means. Dis game u requires branes, inteligents, unnerstan? Itz game of stratG plannin and axin - lots of axin. keep u busy playin. I los me job as deckboy on fishing ship on count o dis game. Nev minds.

game is a real treat
To say that I love this game would be an understatement. I’ve been playing this since it was first introduced. Presently, I completely in awe of the graphics of this game. The various levels offer different challenges like sailing, dancing etc. By the way dancing is the most difficult aspect of this game. The retirement funda makes the game even more exciting. I promise you’ll have a lot of fun playing Sid Meier’s Pirates.
