Long-range wireless solutions with Belkin Wireless Pre-N router
The Belkin Wireless Pre-N Router created a first by making use of a new, innovative technology called MIMO (multiple input/multiple output) which uses a single path for manifold data streams.
Much like other routers, it is incorporated with a four-port Ethernet switch that lets you connect computers via standard Cat-5 network cables, a WAN port intended to attach the router to your broadband modem, and a series of LEDs along the top of the unit that flicker when the router is operative. Three antennas, are placed above the rear panel.
The unit is inclusive of a printed installation manual, a CD bearing software, consumer guide, and an Ethernet cable.
The features offered by the router’s browser-based configuration tool include virtual server support (to use the Web), DMZ setting (for gaming on the internet) and remote management (to configure the router via the Internet).
With the Belkin Pre-N Router’s security settings you can withstand a wide array of attacks and can protect the wireless LAN with either WEP or WPA.
Belkin Pre-N Router has lifetime warranty and offers toll-free telephone assistance 24/7.
Available at £80 onwards, it fits perfectly for those on the lookout for long-range wireless solutions.

ready to go wireless
This is a router that excels because of its exceptional signal range which is strong even everywhere you go. I’ve traveled to ample of places with this but unlike some previous devices, it’s never caused any signal related worries. Thankfully, despite the advancements, it is pretty simple to operate once you get the hang of it. The MAC address filtering system protects your router from unwanted elements. I did find a few hiccups with the reset button which functions are a bit complicated. But thankfully, the support staff of Belkin’s helped me sort out the problems. Apart from a few minor glitches here and there, this router is a great wireless device.
