Call management is taken care by the huge button on the earpiece and a smaller control adjacent to the button is instrumental in muting the audio and transferring calls. Another mind-blowing feature of this model is that the calls can be placed merely by voice dialing from the headset. This however is possible if the phone that you use supports hands free dialing.
Though the first experimentation wasn’t absolutely satisfactory, the second model performed remarkably amidst blustery and windy situations.
Zen 470 promises not to perturb you enabling you to take calls even while listening to the CD/MP3 music player.
Besides translucent and comfortable conversations, the Gennum Zen Bluetooth also boasts of long battery like with eight hours of incessant talk time and standby time of 120 hours.

Sound quality is brilliant
The Gennum Zen Bluetooth headset can almost be described as a must if you own a mobile compliant with Bluetooth. Yes it’s that good, in fact good is an understatement, it’s excellent. The quality of the headset is top notch. Not only that, it’s very much user friendly. You can put it on without too much trouble, if any. Apart from the sound and easy usage, the styling is also good, more so the flexible arm. And the cherry on top of the cake is the exceptionally good battery life. This deserves a 10/10.

an intelligent headset.
this Bluetooth headset has taken my mind and hands off the phone. If you were to do the number of things I have to do simultaneously, you'd appreciate this headset as I do. The best part is I can continue to listen to songs from my MP3 files while answering calls. Neat. Very.

nice sound quality and novel feature
This bluetooth headset delivers excellent sound quality. It’s far superior to my previous Motorolla piece. I found the 'LEAP' mod very exciting and unique.
I'm very sure that all the competitors will have this feature in their upcoming models. Well the picture is not completely rosy though. The size is terribly big and creates a lot of inconvenience. But overall, a good addition in the technology market
