This is one of the few fitness equipments that is a true space saver and effective at keeping fitness at peak level. Agreed, some sophisticated gadgets may work even unreachable muscle sets like the shoulder blades and the lower back. But for your daily constitutional and for the occasional jog to burn up the previous night's binge, nothing beats the Cadence 630 Treadmill. And who am I to recommend so? Yours faithfully has been a PE trainer at the Market Snodsbury Grammar School for 8 years. Now retired.
